What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
To rent a vehicle, renters must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Lamborghini Urus: Minimum age of 25 years old
- Valid driver's license held for at least 5 years
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- International drivers must provide a valid passport and International Driving Permit (IDP)
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. We require a minimum 2-hour buffer between rentals to allow for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and preparation.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer the following discounts for extended rentals:
- 5% off for rentals of 3 days or more
- 10% off for rentals of 7 days or more
- 15% off for rentals of 15 days or more
- 20% off for rentals of 30 days or more
Discounts are automatically applied when eligible.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes.
- Standard vehicles: $1,000 refundable security deposit
- Lamborghini Urus: $1,500 refundable security deposit
Deposits are released following vehicle inspection and confirmation that all rental terms have been met.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental period: 2 days
Maximum rental period: No set limit, subject to vehicle availability
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Applicable sales tax, fees, and optional add-ons are calculated and added during checkout. Any eligible discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes will be applied before final payment according to their terms and conditions.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 100 miles per day.
Additional mileage charges may apply if the included mileage allowance is exceeded.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Vehicle pick-ups and returns are available during normal business hours:
7:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
No. Custom delivery requests are handled individually and can be arranged based on availability. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
No. Pick-ups and returns must be completed during standard business hours.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Additional Fees
- Prepaid Fuel Option: $150
- Refueling Fee: $150 plus the cost of fuel
- Late Return Fee:
- More than 1 hour late: $150
- More than 24 hours late: Charged at the vehicle's daily rental rate
- Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $250
Liability and Damages
Renters are responsible for:
- Any damage occurring during the rental period
- Traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, and citations
- Fuel replacement costs
- Cleaning fees resulting from excessive dirt, stains, or odors
- Lost or damaged keys, accessories, or equipment
Damage Assessment
- Vehicle inspections are conducted before and after each rental
- Photos and video documentation may be used to verify vehicle condition
- Damage charges include actual repair costs plus applicable administrative fees
- Diminished value charges may apply for significant damage
Vehicle Use Restrictions
Vehicles may not be used for:
- Racing, speed testing, or competitive driving
- Off-road driving unless specifically authorized
- Commercial use, including rideshare or delivery services
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Smoking or vaping
- Transporting pets without prior approval
Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?
Yes. The following optional equipment is available:
Child Safety Seat
- Up to 2 available
- $60 per day, per seat
Availability is subject to reservation.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement upon approval. Please contact us for pricing, eligibility requirements, and documentation needed.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Any evidence of smoking, vaping, ash, residue, or odor will result in a $500 cleaning and remediation fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period. Any unpaid tolls may be billed after the rental along with applicable processing fees.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Vehicles are expected to be returned in the same clean condition in which they were received.
A Cleaning fee of $200 may be charged for excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, spills, or other conditions requiring specialized cleaning beyond normal use.
